What is Self Defence with Clare?
Self Defence with Clare provides self-defence classes for charities, high schools, public sector organisations, businesses and individuals. I am a karate instructor running a dojo in Nantwich and take elements from years of training to devise these easy to learn self defence sessions. I have a full DBS, first aid trained and fully insured.
Everyone can benefit from learning self-defence. The aim is to remove yourself from a situation that could potentially escalate.
My courses will teach you simple but effective ways to do this by using technique and not strength.
I understand learning something new may be a little scary and you may think you need to be very fit and strong to learn self defence thats why sessions are suited to ability keeping a fun, safe and friendly environment training at you pace.
